TECHNICAL COMMITTEE
The Technical Committe is represented by the Board of Directors and the Coordinators of the Programs, Departments, Sections, and the Local Council. It's function is to be a discussion and analysis group of the global problems or situations which in one form or another affect the technical and operative management of the ACG; as well as functioning as a group receptor, channeler, and diffuser of information to the remaining members of the Area.
The Technical Committe played a very important role in the making of technical, operative, and budgetary decisions in the beginnings of the administrative organization of the Area, which had not yet developed sufficient experience. Today, many of the decisions are made directly by the different people responsible in the programs, departments, and sections or they are taken to the committe for advising if it is pertinent.
