Funds arising from SINAC
As part of the decentralization of the decisions that were traditionally made in the capital of the country and the assignment of economic resources, SINAC has given the Conservation Areas the funds arising from or assigned by Law to the old Board of National Parks, the General Forestry Board, and the Wildlife Board. Since January 1996, the ACG has managed said funds directly in the Region, to support the development and operation of the Programs of Development, Control and Protection, which base their activities primarily in the Agrolandscape Area.
